St Munns Old Manse is a handsome Victorian lochside villa with panoramic views over the Holy Loch to the hills and glens beyond.

It is ideally situated for walking (a network of forest roads can even be accessed from the garden), for fishing and water sports or for just a peaceful breakaway on the beautiful Cowal Peninsula.

Each room  looks out over Holy Loch and is equipped with tea and coffee making facilities, television, music centre and dressing gowns  There is a fridge on the landing stocked with bottled water and nibbles and guests are welcome to use it to chill their favourtie tipple.

The grand Victorian style bathroom complete with slipper bath and seperate walk-in shower is shared between the two rooms and has plenty of toiletries for guests to use. There is also an additonal guest cloakroom on the same floor.

Outside a lawned garden complete with midge-eater fronts the house and a decked area provides a wonderful place to sit, look out over the water and enjoy one of Argyll's spectacular sunsets as the daylight disappears over Glen Massan.
